Privacy at PRISM AI
PRISM AI (ai.sbprism.com) is run by Social Beat for the brands it works with. This page says what it keeps about you and why.
When you sign in with Google
We receive your name, email address, Google account ID and, for company accounts, your organisation's domain. We ask Google for nothing else: no Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts. We use these details only to check that you were invited and which brands you may see.
What we store
Your invitation (email, role, the brands and tools switched on for you), the Google account ID that first used it, and when you last signed in. Admin changes to invitations are logged with who made them. Sign-in times and addresses appear in the service's operational logs.
A single cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Inside the tools
Tools store the work you do in them (for example, research you run in Search Demand) against your brand, so only people invited to that brand can see it. Some tools send your inputs to Google's AI services and to Google Ads to produce results.
Where it lives
On Google Cloud in Mumbai (asia-south1). We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your choices
Ask your Social Beat lead, or write to sundar@socialbeat.in, to remove your access or have your invitation deleted. You can also remove PRISM AI from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
